By providing Content, in whatever form and through whatever means, you grant Maisaic a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to access, use, store, copy, modify, prepare derivative works of, distribute, publish, transmit, and otherwise exploit that Content to provide, maintain, improve, and promote the Service. Content you contribute publicly may be visible to and shared by anyone, including search engines.
You are responsible for ensuring that all Content you contribute is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe any third party's rights, licenses, or professional standards. Do not contribute confidential or private information publicly. You represent that you have the rights to provide the Content and that it does not violate any third party's rights.
Maisaic reserves the right to maintain, recreate, or retain any Content or associated profile for the continuity and integrity of the community platform. We may remove or alter any Content that violates these Terms or applicable law. To report false or invalid Content, contact info@maisaic.com.
No Professional Advice
Content on the Service is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice. Maisaic does not verify, endorse, or warrant the qualifications, licensure, or work quality of any provider or business listed on the platform.
Payments & Promotions
If payments or paid features are offered, additional terms may apply in the product. Discounts, credits, or promotions may have separate rules.
Advertising
The Service may display advertisements served by third-party ad networks, including Google AdSense. Maisaic does not control the content of third-party ads. See our Privacy Policy for details on opting out of interest-based advertising.
Third-Party Services
The Service may link to or integrate third-party sites, apps, or services. Their terms and privacy policies govern their use. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
App Stores
If you download our app from Apple or Google, their store terms apply in addition to these Terms.
DMCA Takedown
If you believe content infringes your copyright, send a notice to info@maisaic.com with: (i) your contact information; (ii) identification of the work and the allegedly infringing material; (iii) a statement of good-faith belief; (iv) a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized agent; and (v) your signature.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, including for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting info@maisaic.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will remove your account access and, in accordance with our Privacy Policy, delete or retain your personal data as required by applicable law, legal obligation, dispute resolution, or enforcement of these Terms. Maisaic may retain Content you have contributed for the continuity and integrity of the community platform; retained Content may be attributed to an anonymized identifier. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including the Content license, indemnification, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will survive.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION OR THE ACCURACY OF CONTENT.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER MAISAIC NOR ITS SUPPLIERS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF USD $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Maisaic and its affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your Content, or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Except for claims that may be brought in small-claims court, any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by a reputable provider on an individual basis—no class actions. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing info@maisaic.com with subject “Arbitration Opt-Out” and your account email.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. We’ll post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date and will provide at least 30 days’ notice for material changes. By continuing to use the Service after the effective date, you agree to the revised Terms.
Miscellaneous
- Severability: if any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
- Waiver: failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
- Entire Agreement: these Terms are the entire agreement between you and Maisaic regarding the Service.
- Assignment: you may not assign these Terms without our consent.
